Workspot Service will undergo a quick maintenance tune up to address issues found in the December 16 incident.
This will require an maintenance window of up to 60 minutes. For a period of 5 minutes in this window, administrators will not able to login to Control and end users will not able to launch new non-persistent desktop sessions. Existing end user sessions will not be impacted, and end users will be able to launch persistent desktops.
During this maintenance window, some pages within Control may load slowly, but should return to normal performance once the maintenance is complete.
